OLDER HOME
This older home is located in Lima, Montana. It is a four bedroom home with two bathrooms.
It sits on two lots and has a green house. The whole yard is fenced. There is a wood stove for back up with oil furnace heating.
Lima is a small community. It has about 250 people. We have a good school with good teachers. The classes are small and the children get the help they need.

Lima is just off I-15. It is 15 miles north of the Idaho/Montana border. Dillon is 49 miles north. Idaho Falls is 98 miles south.
We have a swimming pool open in the summer. There are lots of community activities. It's a great place to live, retire or raise a family. Hunting and fishing are in the area or close by with the Red Rock Bird Refuge about 40 miles up the Centennial Valley.
